As a realistic orientation: €900–2,900 per m² for a fully custom build. Floor area alone doesn't set the price — the budget is driven by what's on it: a suspended rigging structure, LED screens, the number of open sides, build height, a second deck, furniture and finishes. On top of that, every fair adds fixed venue costs that don't depend on stand size: vehicle and delivery passes, waste-disposal fees and the ordered electrical power capacity. A compact stand with rigging and screens can easily cost more than a bigger, simpler one — that's why every quote we send is itemised.
